Dr. Manuel Gutierrez Romero is Board Certified in Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery. He began his medical career as a General Surgeon in Mexico, where he also received his training. Prices include surgeon and anesthesiologist fees, facility fees, transportation, and a physical exam, if necessary. At the center, rhinoplasty costs about $3,000 and a facelift between $4,200 and $7,500, depending on the type. Stateside the procedures’ prices average $5,000-$6,000 and $7,000-$9,000, respectively.2 Patients may finance all or part of their surgery.
Estheticos offers transportation between the airport and the clinic or to and from the border’s parking area. It offers extended care at their Recovery Center, which is located in the same building. It costs $120/night and $150 on Sundays. Meals are not included, but recovering patients may order delivery from one of the area’s restaurants.
