Airline Comparison: Philippine Airlines (PAL) vs. Cebu Pacific (CEB)

I've been traveling a lot by air recently and I've experienced both liners - Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific, both for domestic flights. Here are my praises and criticisms for both liners in terms of the following characteristics:

Flight schedule

Philippines Airlines (PAL) is almost always late.
